When we display your submissions, we do so together with your account name (first name and last initial). The term "submissions" refers to the information that you submit or post to eTable for public display, such as business ratings, reviews, photos, compliments, and the information that you display as part of your account profile.

Feedback  

If you contact us to provide feedback, register a complaint, or ask a question, we will record any personal information and other content that you provide in your communication so that we can effectively respond to your communication.

Activity

We record information relating to your use of eTable, such as the searches you undertake, the pages you view, your browser type, IP address, location, requested URL, referring URL, and timestamp information. We use this type of information to administer eTable and provide the highest possible level of service to you. We also use this information in the aggregate to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of eTable. You cannot be identified from this aggregate information.

You may choose to provide us with another person's e-mail address so that person may be invited to create an account on this website and become your friend. Controlling Your Personal Data

To the extent you include Personal Information in Your Public Content (such as a photo of yourself), third parties may be able to identify you, and associate you with your user account, and contact you. Please do not include information in Your Public Content that you expect to keep private.

Third parties can also associate you with your user account using the user search and browse features of the eTable, which display Your Public Content. Third parties can only find you using your Personal Information if they know this information in the first place.

As a registered eTable user, you can modify some of your personal information and your privacy preferences by accessing the "Account" section of this website.

Security

Your account is password protected. We use industry standard measures to protect the Personal Information that is stored in our database. Your password will never be visible to members of the eTable team.

We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information. We employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. Although we take appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information, we cannot assure you that your Personal Information will never be disclosed.

You hereby acknowledge that eTable is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet, and you hereby release us from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of intercepted information in any unauthorized manner.

We will make any legally-required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your un-encrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.

E-mails

We use your email address to send you updates and news and to notify you on behalf of other users (such as other users who comment on or "want" your sighting). Your email address and Personal Information will not be displayed publicly.
